Sala Hilaire, LCSW, MAC, CAMS, CGP
Licensed Clinician & Consultant 

Sala has over 30 years of clinical and management experience. She offers counseling services to individuals across the life cycle, including young adults, couples, transitioning teens, and families. She is skilled in the arena of workshop development, program development, therapeutic group facilitation, and solution-focused therapeutic modalities. In addition, her clinical expertise includes working with families in crisis, survivors of emotional and physical abuse/trauma, the LGBTQIA+ community members. She assists in addressing issues relating to addiction(s), grief/loss, self-esteem, life transitional issues, as well as stress and anxiety.

Vickie Ogunlade, PhD, LCSW
Licensed Clinician & Consultant

Vickie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a PhD in Social Work policy, planning and administration, and a Certification in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. With a professional social work practice initiated over 35 years ago, she has practiced within various arenas, including medical and mental health settings and higher education, with a focus on young adults, family systems and seniors. Vickie has a respect for cross- cultural diversity and inclusion, and clients’ spiritual perspectives. Her expertise includes clinical support of those in crisis, members of the LGBTQIA community, survivors of emotional and physical abuse/trauma, in addition to individuals facing issues related to self-esteem, stress, anxiety, life transitions, acute/chronic health challenges, as well as grief and loss. Vickie's practice has included presentations, as well as the facilitation of conference workshops and seminars, within the United States and Nigeria. . She is deeply committed to providing counseling for the development and stability of inner peace and emotional well-being, with the practice of Mindfulness as a key element.
